Q1. I would like to know the right time of admissions in USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Ireland, Switzerland and other places with world class education system. What is the right time of admissions to these countries?
The academic session of universities and colleges in USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Ireland, Switzerland and most other places begin by the end of September and early October. There are some exceptions to certain colleges and universities who offer two academic sessions in a year that is some professional courses may begin at other time of the year.
Q2. How applications are made?
Applications to these universities and colleges should be made through Universities and Colleges Admissions Services (UCAS). The UCAS forms are usually available at our consultant offices. Yes, there are several provisions for scholarship programs to study in universities and colleges of USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Ireland, Switzerland and Singapore. For that you have to meet certain criteria and avail some good results in academics. Variety of scholarship programs are offered for Indian students for a number of programs of study. You can avail scholarship from $500 to full tuition fee scholarships from some universities. Q5. What about TOEFL/IELTS?
Almost all institutions require you to undertake these exams to prove your proficiency in English. Q6. Who requires GMAT?
If you are doing graduation in India or have done some professional course, you don’t require GMAT for most universities and colleges in USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Ireland, Switzerland and Singapore. However it is a must for those applicants who have no professional degree or honors degree or any sort of experience.
Q7. Will it be convenient for my relatives staying abroad to sponsor my studies in USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Ireland, Switzerland and Singapore?
Yes, it would be good for you. You can take a sponsorship letter from your relative staying in the country you wish to study. You have to indicate the relationship you share it with that particular person, the extent to which they would be agreed to fund your studies. They might require showing their evidence of financial support.
Q8. What would be my accommodation? Can I stay with my relatives?
Yes, you can definitely stay with your relatives. Universities and colleges have nothing to take with your stay with relatives. It is up to you; you can choose college campus accommodation or a private dwelling.
Q9. I hear about part time jobs taken by students? Will I get a part time job in these countries I wish to study?
Yes, you can get the part time jobs in such places like USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Ireland, Switzerland and Singapore. There are some places which demand that students do the job just give an average of 20 hours per week. That means you have to do four hours duty for five days. As far as such opportunities don’t hamper your studies you can go for them.
Q10. What about placements? Would I get a job there after completing my studies?
Yes, you can get jobs after completing your studies. But then your employer has to apply for work permit to the Home Office. The processes differ from country to country and once you get accustomed to the place nothing seem tough for you. You can get the work permit barely in three months.

Keep in mind some constraints while you choose a university. Scrutinize the course content, faculty, teaching methodology, International links, facilities they provide, the campus, the library, the recreation and social awareness program they engage into, location and cost of education.
